Launched on January 29, 1942, the Sankisan Maru's career was cut short following a masive explosion when hit in its aft hold which was full of ordnance. It sank southwest of Uman Island.

Here on the deck we find an artillary piece, the remains of a vehicle, a gun and a diver beginning an ascent into one of its holds.

Visible inside the vessel are rounds and rounds of ammunition. Continuing further into the next hold we find even more ammunition clips and various and sundry other artifacts. Coming back out on the deck we also found what appears to be depth charges.
